Q: Do you accept personal checks or money orders?
A: Yes. Send us an email using the "contact" link on the home page.  Let us know which items you would like to purchase. We'll give you our mailing address and your total with shipping. Once we receive your check or money order we mark the items as SOLD. After your check clears by the bank, we'll ship your item.
Q: If the shipping cost is less than I am charged, do I get my money back on the difference?
A: Yes, if the difference is greater than 2.50. 
Q: Can I make a purchase by phone?
A: We prefer to take orders through the website or email. There may be a special case where you need to call us, just use the "contact" link on the home page and we'll try to work something out. We are all in different time zones on the internet. 
Q: Do you accept returns?
A: Definitely. We want your experience shopping with Bella Rosa Antiques to be a great one. Please let us know if you are not happy with your item. We aim to please.
